Membership Application

As a member of HICOMP, you are part of a network of professionals who practice in the field of total rewards.  HICOMP offers a Organization-level membership, which belongs to the member Company, who may add or change individual member representative(s) at their discretion.

Organization membership benefits include:

  • 2 member representatives per group
  • Access to educational sessions with engaging speakers
  • Opportunity to network with compensation and benefits professionals
  • Participation in annual holiday meeting / luncheon
  • Special discounted pricing for WorldatWork courses and events
  • Exclusive access to member-only content
  • Eligible for scholarship opportunities for a WorldatWork course

Membership year runs from January 1 to December 31.


Annual Organization membership of $150 covers up to 2 employees per company for the calendar year. One employee should be designated as the corporate contact and will be asked to maintain and update their company's member information.

 

To apply for new membership, please complete the HICOMP Membership Application Form and a membership committee member will be in contact after review of application.
