Del Mochizuki will facilitate the panel discussion. Ms. Mochizuki is Vice President, Special Projects Senior Department Manager of Hawaii State FCU.
The panel discussion will be 10:30 – noon. Our program will conclude with a hosted lunch for those of you that want to continue the conversation, networking and a photo with the commemorative brick generously donated to Shriner Hospital Hawaii by HICOMP.
This event is free to (2) members from each HICOMP company. Cost is $35 for additional members of your team and all non-HICOMP members.

Ed Nakano, Vice President, Secretary & Treasurerand has been with C. S. Wo & Sons, Ltd.- since 1978
Born in Honokaa, Hawaii; grew up and raised in Hilo, Hawaii. He graduated from University of Hawaii Manoa with a BBA in Accounting, he is also a certified CPA.
Responsibilities included executive management of the Accounting, Human Resources, Informational Technology and Inventory Control functions for a 200 employee business with 15 retail stores, 2 major distribution centers and also involved in the commercial rental property and investment functions.
Personally involved with or responsible for all legal and tax issues, property-casualty and self-insured (captive) workers’ compensation/general liability/auto insurance programs, procurement of major equipment and capital expenditures, profit sharing plan investment management oversight and property management functions.

CARLETON L. WILLIAMS, CPA – Managing member of Manoa CPA LLC and Founding Partner of CW Associates, CPAs with over 40 years of public accounting experience, including 11 years with Deloitte in Honolulu and Hilo, during which he provided audit and consulting services to businesses and their owners throughout Hawaii and in the Pacific Islands. Carl has a Master’s of Business Administration degree in Finance and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Hawaii. He is a past President of The Pacific Club, the Hawaii Society of CPAs, Easter Seals Hawaii, the Construction Financial Management Association (CFMA), and the Rotary Club of West Honolulu, and immediate past chair of the Advisory Board of The Salvation Army, Hawaii and Pacific Islands Division. Carl previously served on the Governing Council of the American Institute of CPAs, and on the State of Hawaii, Board of Public Accountancy.

Michael Regan - Executive Vice President of Servco Pacific Inc. - Michael (Mike) N. Regan serves as the Executive Vice President for Servco Pacific Inc. Previously, he served as the company’s Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer, leading Servco’s global finance function, including the accounting, tax, treasury, internal audit, properties and real estate asset management areas. He joined Servco in July 2017 and serves on the company’s Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Servco, Regan was the EVP & CFO of Outrigger Enterprise Group, the Honolulu-based resort and hotel company with operations in Hawaii as well as throughout the Asia Pacific region. Previous positions have included CFO for Indianapolis Downs LLC, a large casino and horse track facility during a corporate restructuring; CFO for The St. Joe Company, a real estate development and operating company that developed and managed large scale residential and resort communities throughout Florida with other substantial interests in timberlands, commercial and residential brokerage, sugar plantation cultivation and processing and railroad ownership and operations; and Vice President, Corporate Controller for Harrah’s Entertainment/The Promus Companies.
Currently, Regan serves as a member of the Venture Capital Board and Fender Musical Instruments Corporation Board. He previously served on the board of Rite Aid Corporation as its lead independent director, and was a member of its audit, compensation, and executive committees.

Del Mochizuki currently serves as Vice President, Special Projects Senior Department Manager of Hawaii State FCU. Prior to this role, she worked at UHA Health Insurance as Vice President of Finance and Human Resources. She started her career in public accounting as an auditor for Accuity LLP. Del is also the Secretary for the Board of Trustees at Island Pacific Academy and an Alliance board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Hawai’i. She was awarded Pacific Business News’ Forty Under 40 in 2019 and is a member of the Pacific Century Fellows class of 2022. Del is an alumni of Maryknoll Schools and earned a Bachelor’s in Accounting and Business Administration from the University of Hawai’i Shidler College of Business. She enjoys spending time with her husband (Sean), daughter (Emma) and two fur pups (Bailey and Charley).
