What are we going to Talk Story about?
Your responses to our recent pulse survey reflected and validated that you all have a lot on your plates. Although there were a variety of topics, as you might suspect, many focused a lot on COVID. We are all dealing with similar issues and it’s a great opportunity and forum to network with your colleagues to hear how they are working through these challenges.
COVID topics include:
How are companies handling the vaccination requirements?
- What processes and tools are you using to track compliance ?
- How are you dealing with employee pushback?
How are you dealing with staffing shortages and/or absences?
How have you adjusted to a hybrid workplace?
- What programs have you put in place?
- How is your company keeping remote workers connected and feeling part of a team?
How are we dealing with our own burnout and that of our employees?
- What are we doing with well-being programs in the current environment?
Additional discussion topics include:
How do you plan for and influence leadership on what it will take to stay competitive with Total Rewards programs in this ever-changing environment?
What new initiatives are you undertaking, for which you’d like a thought partner?
