Scott Cawood, Ed.D., CCP, GRP, CSCP, WLCP, CBP, is President and CEO of WorldatWork, the leading global Total Rewards Association. Prior to joining WorldatWork, Scott worked at W.L. Gore & Associates Inc., the maker of GoreTex. Scott has served as the President of Synygy, a global sales compensation company where he began as its Chief Human Resources Officer. Scott has also held executive positions such as head of Global Talent at Revlon and the Great Place to Work Institute, which selects Fortune magazine's 100 Best Places to Work.
As an avid learner, Scott holds five degrees, including his doctorate from the Wharton School of Business and the Graduate School of Education at the University of Pennsylvania. He also studied labor and industrial relations, at Michigan State. He has completed five WorldatWork certifications and has been a part of the business school faculty at Georgetown University for 15 years.

Wayne F. Cascio is a Distinguished University Professor at the University of Colorado, and he holds the Robert H. Reynolds Chair in Global Leadership at the University of Colorado Denver. He is a former president of the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has served as a member of the Academy of Management’s Board of Governors. He is a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources, the Academy of Management, the American Psychological Association, and the Australian Human Resources Institute. Professor Cascio received the Distinguished Career award from the HR Division of the Academy of Management in 1999; an honorary doctorate from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, in 2004; and the Michael R. Losey Human Resources Research Award from the Society for Human Resource Management in 2010. In 2013, he received the Distinguished Scientific Contributions Award from the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology, and in 2016, by a vote of 90 countries, he received the George Petitpas [Lifetime Achievement] Award from the World Federation of People Management Associations.
Currently he serves as an editor of the Journal of International Business Studies (JIBS), and from 2007 to 2014 he served as a senior editor of the Journal of World Business. He has consulted with a wide variety of private- and public-sector organizations on six continents, and periodically he testifies as an expert witness in employment discrimination cases. Professor Cascio is an active researcher, writer, and speaker. He has published more than 200 articles and book chapters, and 33 books, including Managing Human Resources (11th ed., 2019), Investing in People (with John Boudreau and Alexis Fink, 3rd ed., 2019), Applied Psychology in Talent Management (with Herman Aguinis, 8th ed., 2019), and Short Introduction to Strategic Human Resource Management (with John Boudreau, 2012). He has delivered more than 750 presentations to professional and business audiences worldwide.

Bonnie Pang is a Senior Vice President/Manager of Atlas Benefit Consulting. She joined Atlas Insurance Agency in 2007 to establish an Employee Benefit practice to complement the already successful Property and Casualty unit. Bonnie has over twenty years of experience in health insurance and employee benefits, working with medium and large employers in grocery, construction, Taft- Hartley, airlines, education, hospitality, law, retail, restaurant, non-profit, transportation and education.
Prior to joining Atlas, Bonnie led the Health and Welfare practice for Mercer in Hawaii. She’s been published in Honolulu Business Magazine and participated as a panelist on PBN Friday’s with Howard Dicus, Human Resource Executives Conference, and Hawaii Business Magazine’s C-Suite Series. She has also been a presenter at the Association of Legal Administrators – Hawaii Chapter, Society of Human Resource Managers - Hawaii, Management Education Council, Hawaii Association of Health Underwriters, Financial Executives International, Hawaii Compensation Group, American Heart Association and Hawaii Employers Council.

David W. Lum is the Managing Director of SageView Advisory Group’s Hawaii office, where he exclusively serves corporate and not-for-profit sponsors of retirement plans. His work includes consulting on fiduciary governance, plan design, vendor negotiation/management, issue resolution, strategic investment policy, and investment management. David is also an active member of SageView’s national Investment Committee as well as its Asset Allocation and Asset-Liability Subcommittees.
David has 30 years of experience in retirement plan and investment consulting. He has served as a frequent speaker covering a wide range of topics including retirement plan design and governance, employee education strategy, ERISA issues and pitfalls, various fiduciary matters, and capital market strategy. David was a featured lecturer at The Plan Sponsor University, on the topic of Applying Behavioral Economics to Investment Choice Architecture. A white paper on fiduciary investment evaluation he authored in 2018 was featured by the National Association of Plan Advisors. In 2018 and 2019, David was listed by Financial Times among the top 401 Retirement Plan Advisors and the only advisor so recognized for serving the large retirement plan market in Hawaii.

Mark Chen is a Director in Willis Towers Watson’s Executive Compensation practice. He has over 15 years of experience consulting with corporate boards and executive teams to align executive pay design wit strategic business objectives. This includes incentive plan design, metric selection, pay competitiveness and effective communication in CD&As. Mark is also a frequent guest speaker at compensation associations on the topics of executive compensation and total rewards.
Mark was appointed to Willis Towers Watson’s Executive Compensation Guiding Principles initiative, which is focused on clarifying and affirming our Executive Compensation practice’s perspectives, approaches, guidelines and key considerations in support of effective design, governance, management and administration of executive pay programs. Mark has also participated in the development and delivery of multiple training programs for our national Executive Compensation analyst team.

Sarah Kalicki-Nakamura, Executive Coach, Training Resultant and Facilitator, is the co-owner of TH!NK LLC, a leading talent development company headquartered in Honolulu, Hawaii. Since 2000, Sarah has been collaborating with more than 300 enterprises to deliver results-driven workplace solutions that are keep employees engaged, productive and happy. Sarah is also a lecturer at University of Hawaii’s Shidler College of Business MBA program.

Jennifer C. Loftus, MBA, SPHR, PHRca, GPHR, SHRM-SCP, CCP, CBP, GRP, is a Founding Partner of and National Director for Astron Solutions. Her primary areas of expertise are total rewards, customized market surveys, employee opinion surveys, and technology-based HR solutions. Jennifer has 24 years of experience garnered at organizations including the Hay Group, Parsons Brinckerhoff, Eagle Electric Manufacturing Company, and Harcourt General.
Jennifer serves on WorldatWork’s Local Network Expert Council, previously as Council Chair and representative for the West Region. She is currently a subject matter expert to the SHRM Learning System, serves as an instructor with SHRM, and is an alumna of SHRM’s Total Rewards Special Expertise Panel & Workplace Flexibility Advisory Committee. Jennifer is a sought-after HR speaker, appearing on local and national television, radio, and conferences. She also has been published in local and national periodicals.

Mike Namie is currently the Americas Learning & Development Operations Manager at Intel. He has 30 years of experience working in Corporate Finance, Human Resources and Project Management. The first 14 years of Mike’s career was in accounting and finance, working for companies such as Arthur Anderson, MicroAge and Intel. After accounting & finance, Mike transitioned to compensation & benefits where he spent seven years leading large corporate projects for Intel such as a stock option exchange, design of variable pay and the introduction of restricted stock units. Over the remaining nine years of Mike’s career at Intel he worked in HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, Corporate M&A and now Learning & Development.

Tiffany Santos counsels employers and multiemployer trusts on all aspects of their employee benefit plans, including health and welfare plans, Section 125 cafeteria plans, and qualified retirement plans.
She assists clients with compliance matters; administrative and plan design issues; plan, SPD and amendment drafting; IRS submissions; IRS and DOL investigations; and the review and negotiation of service provider agreements, including investment manager agreements. Tiffany frequently makes presentations on health plan matters, including health care reform (Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act of 2010), HIPAA, COBRA, and cafeteria plans, and on investment-related matters, including ERISA’s impact on alternative investments. Tiffany is listed as a 2018 and 2019 Northern California “Super Lawyer” in the area of employee benefits law.

Eileen C. Zorc defends management in state and federal court and before administrative agencies and arbitrators. Ms. Zorc has litigated a wide variety of employment cases, including defending employers against claims of wrongful termination, defamation, discrimination and harassment on the basis of sex, race, national origin, age, and disability,
failure to accommodate, as well as breach of contract claims, among other employment claims. She has a broad range of industry experience, including healthcare, insurance, banking, retail, and airline, among other industries.
Prior to joining MJW in May 2012, Ms. Zorc practiced labor and employment law at Seyfarth Shaw LLP in Los Angeles, California. Ms. Zorc is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania and the Georgetown University Law Center. She is licensed to practice in the states of Hawaii and California and is admitted to practice before state and federal courts in Hawaii and California, and the United States Courts of Appeals for the Ninth and the D.C. Circuits.
