The Hawaii Compensation Group (HICOMP) is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization established to support the development and excellence of the total rewards profession. HICOMP was founded on January 1, 1994 for compensation and employee benefits professionals in Hawaii.

To build a thriving Total Rewards community that shapes the future of work and the total rewards practice in Hawaii.

Mission

To serve the needs of Hawaii’s HR and Total Rewards professionals through education and development of our members, facilitating networking and idea sharing, and providing access to resources necessary to advance their capabilities in developing and executing people and total rewards solutions.
